Saeed Tajabad, Deputy for Planning and Development of Human Capital at Arak Municipality, referring to the importance of improving the level of knowledge and specialized skills of employees in the path of organizational transformation, announced the extensive actions of this deputy office in the field of training and individual development during the current month. In this regard, Tajabad stated: In line with implementing knowledge development strategies, the training course on designing and implementing a knowledge management system has been held twice at the training center, and over the next two days it will continue in the form of four specialized courses at the city cultural center. He added, referring to the diversity and comprehensiveness of this month’s training programs: issuing 13 training records, registering 92 tickets, and holding 24 hours of mentoring courses are among the other important actions. Also, our training programs are not limited to administrative topics; rather, during this month, important courses such as familiarization with administrative emergencies (Fouad 128), specialized mentoring courses (theoretical and practical), and scientific sessions on topics such as the vicious cycle of school dropout have been held. The Deputy for Planning and Development of Human Capital at Arak Municipality, referring to the holding of introductory training courses for newly arrived firefighters in the province, stated: all courses are being implemented, and emphasizing responsibility toward the health and safety of employees, he announced the holding of operational courses including "Flood Management and Understanding the El Niño Phenomenon," "Health and Survival Training for Firefighters," and "Risk Assessment and Fire Safety." Tajabad also concluded by noting that, in order to keep pace with the specialized needs of the city, scientific seminars have been held in areas such as "Principles of Facade Design and the Revitalization of Historic Fabric and Urban Marginalization," so that in addition to improving technical knowledge, a specialized perspective on physical and urban issues is also strengthened among specialized personnel.
