According to the report of the Communications and International Affairs Department of the Arak Metropolis Municipality, the first remote educational content (correspondence-based) was published with the aim of honoring the clients and increasing the effectiveness of educational courses in the Arak Municipality. The head of the Planning and Human Capital Development Department of the Arak Metropolis Municipality, Faraji, announced this news and said: This educational content titled “Writing and Administrative Correspondence Guidelines” is the first correspondence-based educational experience of the Arak Municipality, prepared and published in collaboration with the Office of Urban Affairs and the Central Province Councils, and in line with the implementation of in-service training for employees. He emphasized the necessity of continuously improving the quality of human resources training in the municipality and added: The publication of this content is an effective step in strengthening the administrative and communication skills of employees. Faraji concluded by noting: The preparation of this educational content was carried out with the efforts of the municipality's training experts and within the framework of the activities of the Workplace Training Center, and the development of similar remote courses is on the agenda of the department.
