In this meeting, Faraji, Deputy for Planning and Human Capital Development of Arak Metropolis Municipality, attended with the aim of reviewing challenges in urban management, exchanging specialized experiences, and brainstorming solutions to improve the planning and human capital development system. During the meeting, topics such as improving human resource productivity, enhancing the planning system, developing human capital, and strengthening cooperation and synergy among the country's metropolises were discussed and reviewed. The specialized commissions of the Association of Mayors of Iran's Metropolises operate with the aim of creating uniform procedures, transferring knowledge, benefiting from successful experiences, and pursuing the common demands of metropolises at the national level, and the effective participation of Arak Municipality in this meeting will pave the way for using specialized capacities and strengthening the position of this metropolis in the decision-making and policy-making processes of the country's urban management.
