A consultative meeting with the Information and Communications Technology Organization of Arak Municipality was held, focusing on examining the possibility of leveraging the capacity of the municipality’s local GPS network and the requirements of Article 14 of the law mandating the official registration of transactions of immovable property. In this meeting, the technical and infrastructural capabilities of the municipal positioning network and the possibility of using it in processes related to the registration and geolocation of properties were reviewed. Also examined were the areas of interdepartmental cooperation and coordination for utilizing accurate spatial data, developing smart urban services, and facilitating the implementation of legal obligations related to the real estate sector. This meeting was held with the aim of making targeted use of the municipality’s technological infrastructure and strengthening interaction among specialized units to improve the accuracy of spatial information and enhance operational processes.
