Design and support:
Satia Co.– Carry out all affairs and supervise all activities carried out within the framework of the municipality’s duties in the districts, in coordination with the relevant deputy departments
– Handle urban services affairs and strive to meet the environmental needs of residents, and supervise the manner in which urban services contractors operate in the neighborhoods and areas under supervision
– Create and maintain green spaces and parks in the district, including all parks, including large parks (regional, neighborhood, and district parks, linear green spaces, neighborhood parks, and the like)
– Prevent any activities that are contrary to municipal regulations and the provisions of the relevant clauses under Article 55 of the Municipalities Law.
– Patching asphalt on roads within the district and repairing and restoring bridges, curbs, medians, sidewalks, and fencing of vacant lands, and repairing and maintaining technical and civil structures, as well as repairing buildings and public facilities located within the district
– Issue building permits and repair permits and completion certificates, and respond to inquiries regarding properties and tradespeople, in accordance with urban planning and industrial regulations and instructions within the scope of delegated approved authorities
– Supervise construction operations within the district, taking into account approved regulations and instructions issued by the relevant deputy departments
– Supervise the administrative, employment, and financial affairs of the district based on delegated authorities
– Carry out executive programs related to beautifying the district and traffic geometric plans under the supervision of the relevant units in the municipality’s headquarters
– Prepare the budget and take action to collect the municipality’s legal revenues and the annual executive program, and announce the district’s needs to the relevant units and follow up on providing them
– Supervise construction operations within the district while observing urban planning regulations and the Engineering System Law, and prevent unauthorized construction
– Perform other assigned duties as instructed by superiors
