Mission of the Technical and Civil Affairs Department of District Three

– Construction of gutters and curbs, excavation, subgrade preparation, and asphalt paving of streets and passages up to 8 meters wide, considering the district’s facilities and preferably through contracting based on approved authorities

– Implementing, repairing, and renovating sidewalks in passages under the supervision of the district’s legal boundary

– Fencing vacant lands existing in the district in compliance with current laws and regulations

– Repairing and renovating bridges, curbs, medians, buildings, and structures located within the district’s duties and supervision

– Reviewing contract progress statements

– Carrying out excavation, subgrade preparation, and asphalt paving of streets considering the district’s facilities and preferably through contracting

– Pursuing other major civil projects foreseen in the approved budget through assigning work to contractors after completing tender procedures in accordance with municipal regulations

– Paying attention to the repair and maintenance of buildings and the technical and civil affairs of the district

– Performing other assigned duties according to the superior’s instructions
